The NET.exe file is linked to missing export netapi32.dll What is this? What do I do to resolve it?

You probably need to reinstall the file, netapi32.dll. If it's a microsoft file you can run sfc to extract it. You'll need your 98 cd in the cdrom. Most likely it goes in the windows\system folder.
Otherwise it's probably contained in whatever 3rd party network software you're using. You may need to reinstall it.
Could also be that you've uninstalled something and although that file isn't needed, it's still being called.

In Win98FE it is found in Win98_36.cab Use Start, Run, SFC to extract a copy of it.
You do not have to specify it's exact location to extract it from, if you are using Win98SE, where it may be in a different cab file.
