Currently running in windows 98.Have run windows xp demo cd to 'experience the next generation',and inadvertently removed cd from drawer without properly closing down.As consequence am now having difficulty starting up machine which freezes or goes into'safe mode'with minimal drivers and no printer ,no internet and no access to computers's d or e drives.Following information message shown:The ODBC resource DLL(c:\windows\system\odbcint.DLL-version 3510.4202)is a different version than ODBC setup DLL(c:\windows\system\ODBCCP32.DLL-version3510.3711).Need to reinsatall the ODBC to ensure proper operation.
Any advice/information on how to proceed would be gratefully received. Thanks in anticipation, jim cooper
