Subject: DISPLAY PROBLEMS

Comment: I have an intermittent problem with my monitor display screen suddenly reverting to a stair-step pattern or checkboard pattern when scrolling down a web page. Other times the screen will suddenly go blank (white or pale yellow with a faint image of a stylized mouse pointer). The only way to resolve the problem is to restart the system and it may work okay for several days before having one of the above display problems. The display adapter and motherboard have both been replaced with no resolution to the problem. System is running under Windows 98 Plus and the latest Explorer. However, the problem has occurred under all multiple versions of Windows and Explorer. I supposedly have the latest display driver. Is this a hardware or software problem? The display problem has shown up on three different monitors. HELP!

Reply: (edit) Do you check witch monitor driver is install on your computer. Windows use to install default driver but it can make some error some times. Try to find the real driver monitor. good luck
