Running 8mb Trident Blade AGP card on a FIC socket A mainboard (AMD Athlon 500mhz) and Win98. After installing MS Office 2000, display on desktop is cluttered with pinkish pixels. Clears up with a desktop refresh but occurs whenever mouse is clicked on desktop. Tried de-installing MS Office 2000. Problem still present. Tried re-installing the Trident drivers. Still no luck. Any thoughts please ? Thanks.

have you tried uninstalling MS office 2000. seems from your post the problem started when you installed that.

Make sure your drivers are the most current. When I last linked to Trident's site from Winfiles.com, it came right up on the blade drivers' section.

I recently bought a new Trident Blade 3D Video card and have never been able to set it up. After installing the driver, and then rebooting I get a windows error message. "Windows portection error. You need to restart your computer." Of course, when I reboot, it comes up in 'safe mode'. I have changed the driver to a standard driver and may I tell you that I can't see hardly anything on my screen. I have attempted reinstalling the driver and always the same story. I am a novice at this, can someone help me?

Dear Sirs,

I would like to thank you for this way to help people. I'm really suffering from the Display colors since I formated the Compaq Presario 1247 Series Notebook.

As I found out that the display adapter is called Trident Cyber Blade i7 AGP (V6.50.5482-107). Please help me in this matter cause I'm using windows ME edition.

Your prompt response will be highly appreciated.

I recently put a trident blade 3d agp card in my FIC socket A motherboard and am haing problems with it also everytime I select the blade 3d driver and reboot it causes my screen to have blue blocks on it and freezes my computer the only way i can make it work is to select the trident SVGA driver. Has anyone also had this problem and is there a fix for it?

I'm using trident blade 3d 9880 and I have little color dots that appear on my monitor screen. It clears up if I refresh but comes back very quickly. I've tried everything to find out the problem & I just can't figure it out. If anyone can help, PLEASE email me a solution.
Thanx
