Comment:

I recently formatted and reinstalled Windows 98. I have everything working correctly except my display driver. My plug and play Monitor on Standard PCI Graphics Adapter (VGA) will only allow me to display 2 and 16 colors. The screen area is 640 x 480 pixels and the slider will not move probably of the limited options in color Display. I have downloaded several display upgrades and nothing seems to work. Quantex has gone out of business so contacting them is not an option. What do I need to do to correct this?
I do not know the name of my graphics card but the invoice lists S3 Savage4/AGP/168DRAM if that helps. Thanks!

Bruce, Try again:
http://www.inno3d.com/
Maybe it's because you didn't have the "/" on the end. If you still can't get thru try:
http://www.google.com/
type in inno3d and let google do the search. It's the first entry on the first page. I have it in my favorites, maybe that's why it works for me.

This problem seem to be quite a hand full, but you all can take comfort that for every problem there is a solution. It is SISOFT SANDRA 2002 PRO.http:www.3bsoftware.com/sandra it worked on a 98 system that is giving me this problem it told me the manufacter of the Display Drivers/Graphics Card every thing about it even what I did not care to know about. It might give a little glitch at first but dont worry be persistent. I hope I am of any help.
