display driver for systemax pc

I have a systemax PC and just installed windows 98 SE from scratch. However the picture comes up in only 16 colors. I opened the box and discovered that the video card is powered by ATI rage 128, and thats all I could figure. I went to the ATI website and downloaded the ATI reference drive, but upon installation, it gave an error that it was not compatible with the card available. Is there any way I can find out what video card to look for exactly, and where I might find the driver for the card. I would appreciate any hint. Dave
Summary: My computer is running in 16 colors.For running the computer in 256 or high colors I need sis6215 display driver - for windows 98 2da.edition....
