I need help, my game won't start after I installed it. At first, it states:

"Please enable Direct3D acceleration. You can do this by starting dxdiag and enabling Direct3D Acceleration in the Display1/2 tab after installing DirectX 8.1b (or later) and the latest drivers for your graphics card."

I have already installed the DirectX 8.1b. However, when run "dxdiag" and go to display, those 3 features cannot be enabled because it is written that they were "not available" WHAT SHOULD I DO? Thanks!

Most likely either your video card or the drivers for it don't support that feature. Try upgrading the drivers. Also make sure your card has the minimum requirements for the game.
