Having same problem with diamond SpeedStar A90. The above url does not work. You need to go to www.s3.com click on customer support, then technical support, then Graphics. This is where I am now, dont know if it will help or not, but will see soon.

or just go on http://www.diamondmm.com click on driver then on legacy driver and then on stealth II s220
