Cannot activate dailing properties from within Control Panel, Modems, and select dialing properties and nothing happens? Any Ideas...

If you have IE try goin to (in IE) View> Internet Options> Connection tab> Settings> Properties.

reinstall dialup networking and hopefully it should correct the problem
