How do I get the Dial-up Connection dialog box to appear when I exit Explorer(so I can log-off). I know how to terminate the connection through the Toolbar but the Dial-up Connection dialog box reminds me to log-off when I forget. I have Win98 w/ Earthink Internet provider. It used to work O.K. Thanks!

Go to Start | Run | Type in "Regedit"
Back up your registry first (On the Registry File | Export Registry File. In File name, enter a name for the registry file. Under Export range, do the following: click All.)
Then and got to the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER | RemoteAccess | Profile | Connection Now look at the following DWORDS. EnableExitDisconnect EnableAutodisconnect
If either one has the data of 00 00 00 00, right click the value and select Modify. Change the data to 01 00 00 00. Also check this registry key. HKEY_CURRENT_USER | Software | Microsoft |Windows | CurrentVersion |Internet Settings Look at the DWORD EnableAutodisconnect
If this value has the data of 00 00 00 00, change it to 01 00 00 00. Close the registry and reboot the computer
