So D-link no longer provides this driver only the TX version.
All these sites now want you to download some junk that has nothing to do with the driver.Anyone have any idea where to get this driver? Heck if you know of a DOS / 3.11 driver I'd love to find it too to play in my old Compaq 486 laptop. Thanks.

D-Link's UK ftp site only shows the TX and TXD models: ftp://ftp.dlink.co.uk/ethernet_adapters/
but their US site shows just a DFE-650 so hopefully that's what you need:

You're welcome. For some reason all the google searches seem to point to the UK site. I just guessed they had an ftp site here and sure enough it came up.
