I've had my "desktop wallpaper" for a very long time. I accidently (somehow?) right clicked on an icon in a web site and now it appears as a huge desktop background. HOW do I delete this ugly wallpaper?! Thanks

Right click on your desktop and hit properties, a tab should say backround. You can alter them from there.

When you go to properties, there should be a tab called web. Go to it and uncheck the website which is the source of your wallpaper.

Even after you follow the above instructions, the picture will still be on your hard drive.

If you use Internet Explorer you should find the bitmap (Internet Explorer Wallpaper.bmp) here....
C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer

If you use Netscape you should find the bitmap (Netscape.bmp) here...
C:\Windows

Delete the bitmap file.
