desktop themes won't open!

my desktop themes file won't open. can anyone help? i have win98 plus. thanks so much!

You could try to uninstall Themes from Add/Remove Programs Windows Setup tab Uncheck Desktop Themes Reboot Then reinstall by going back to Windows setup tab and checking the box for Desktop Themes
