Hello,
your computer is corrupted and dammaged by a virus, I don't remember his name, I think it is virus Badtran B, result is flooding the screen, you got it from internet, and of cousre runing on webpages open.
This virus is a Trojan Hose, quite difficult to eradicate, you need a good anti-virus with recents signatures.
You can also download excellent shareware TrojanRemover 4.75, freeware during one month then shareware, which has the particularity to eradicate Trojan's viruses but also restore all files corrupted and damaged without any particular knowledge.
You find this program at:
http://www.simplysup.com
I bought it, and I can tell you I have been saved many times from total destruction of my computer.....
