I need a way to make my desktop icons appear in a docked bar at the top of my screen. I measn to have the icons lined up neatly on top and only appear there when i hover my icon over that space. Is there any softaware out there to do the trick? Thanks

Hello Fred, Let me see, if I understand what you wish to have/do, ok. You would like a quicklaunch, desktop, links, ect-ect. toolbar, at the top of your screen, and hidden. If that's what you want, it's already part of the OS. Right-click the taskbar... just a sec ;-) Have a look at this page, or this page. See if that is what you're looking for, ok. Once you have it where you want it. Just right-click on it, and set it the way you want it. Need more help with that, or anything else explained. Can you add seperaters to the toolbar?

Hello Fred, Hmm, well I guess you could do something of that nature. Need a little input, about what you're doing for sure, ok. Like did you make a new toolbar, and put your shortcuts in it from the desktop. What screen resolution are you using? How much space/distance, do you want between each?? You could make dumby shortcuts, and with use of a trasparent icon have spacers/"seperaters". Even with just icons.... Just curious, as to what you're doing/need, thanks. Someone, should have an idea for you. If you mean, just like in IE. Don't think that's quite available, sorry. CrazyOne
