Hi, I bought 2 used DEll optiplex Gx100 pc's. When i booted it, it shows the DEll logo and hangs out.. I restarted so many times, removed Pci devices, hdd and cdd, but no use.. It even not getting into BIOs.

Are they both doing the same thing?
Try hitting TAB to force the posting screen.
What keys are you using to try to access cmos/bios setup?

For DELL Optiplex the DEL or F2 key should get you into the bios. From there you can turn off the annoying LOGO screen and then see the bootup diagnostic screen.

Sounds like there is no OS for it to boot from. Maybe bad or cleanly formatted HD? Not sure if it would show a message if the logo screen is enabled.
