dell latitude dos screen size

I've got a Dell Latitude CPi-a 366. Before I loaded slackware 8.0 on it, the splash screen on boot and a dos box would be full screen. Slack did somekind of 1024x768 terminal emulation on it or something. Anyway, When I loaded win98 back on, the spash screen and my dos box have a 3" border around them now. kinda anoying. Flashing the bios and the video driver have nuthin to do with it. But I can't think of anything else. How about you?

If that's a laptop change the resolution back to what it was. If it's not a laptop go to Dos and adjust the monitor controls.
