I'm a Win98 user and I need the drivers for Dell flash memory stick. Or/and a patch/set of drivers for all possible flash mamory devices regardless the brand, if possible. Cheers,

Reply: (edit)You wont get a single driver for all flash memory devices for Windows 98. What you need to do is go the the device manufactures web site and download the drivers for Windows 98. If is is the same Dell flash memory stick that I have, it is in fact a Lexar device and you will need to go to their web site for drivers. Stuart

I did as you advised me. I downloaded the driver from Lexar site. All file are winziped and upon extracting them there is no exe. file. Can you advice anything else or sent the driver, if you have it, to my e-mail: lnalasko@poczta.onet.pl Cheers,

Reply: (edit)You don't need an Exe file. Extract the files to a folder. Insert the USB device. Windows will then initiate the Add Hardware Wizard. Specify the location of the files you extracted and the drivers will be installed. Its all in the Instructions.htm that came with the download.

Reply: (edit)Make sure that you do have the correct drivers. There are quite a few listed there. If you don't know the exact model number you may have to try others until you find one that works. Stuart
