Deleting adminstator account on Windows 95

Specs: Windows 95
My friend bought a used computer with Windows 95. They are able to logon to the computer, but every time they try to get into most programs, it prompts them for the administrator password, which they, of course, don't have. Is there some way for them to do some type of factory reset or delete the admin account in any way so they are able to use all the programs? They don't need to keep any of the previous owner's files for any reason. Thanks for any help.

I've never heard of administrator accounts or passwords with 95. That must be some security software the previous owner installed.

You can always reformat the drive and reinstall 95 (or 98). If you dont have the iinstallation cd they're easy to come by on ebay or maybe someone will give or loan you a copy.
