My son deleted some windows files, one of which is rundll32.exe. It won't boot except in safe mode, and the cd rom isn't recognized so I can't reinstall with the cd. I have tried making floppy boot disks but it won't boot from them. It either says non system disk error, or it just does nothing. I have also tried downloading and copying the rundll file to the system32 folder, but that doesn't work either. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
