Delete untitled folder in "My Computer."

I installed Adobe PhotoDeluxe 3.0 received with Olympus camera. It set up a "My Camera" icon on the My Computer screen. After uninstalling PhotoDeluxe, it left a untitled folder icon where the camera icon had been. Every attempt to delete the folder icon has failed. Think the solution is in the registry. Suggestions will be appreciated.
You will see folders underneath this entry. Open each folder and you will see dialup networking, etc. You should have a folder that is blank and it can be removed.

Bryan, hope you read this, thanks for your response to my problem. Went right to the registry file and deleted it and folder in "My Computer" is gone. Thanks again!
