I keep getting a "drive contents changed restarting" error msg in Defrag. I have tried running in safe mode with nothing loaded.Ctrl-Alt-Del shows just explorer and I have disabled config.sys, Autoexec.bat, Win.ini, system.ini and the startup group and still windows is accessing the HD. I have even moved my virtual memory to another drive.

I finally was able to get defrag to finish when I ran it while in safe mode.
