The Defrag message is related to a corrupted file. Generally these are in the browser cache or \applog.
From IE > Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files and ensure the Offline Content is selected. Also, browse to \Windows\applog (hidden directory) and delete all files there.

I first get the DEFRAG0205 message (where i return to applog and delete the files) then i try to defrag again, and the message DEFRAG004 keeps popping up!
