DDL FILE-MISSING
Comment: EVERY TIME I BOOT, I GET A MESSAGE THAT COMNCTR.DLL IS MISSING. I PRESS OK AND GO FROM THERE. WHAT IS THIS FILE FORAND HOW DO I REINSTATE IT? THANKS!
