Ddhelp.exe error?

i buyed a two hand note book (Amity vp).
which is installed win97.
When i use IE,sometime happen Ddhelp.exe
error.I copy a new Ddhelp.exw from CAB,
but it did not solve the problem.
Please help me,thanks.

DDHelp is installed with DirectX - If your DX version isn't current, download and install it.

DirectX 8.1 Runtime

I'm assuming you meant Win 98 - not 97... You may want to install the latest version of IE as well.
