I believe TIRAMISU was acquired by OnTrack and is now marketed as EasyRecovery and is sold at their web site www.ontrack.com.
The free version will let you know if the full version will work, and also allow you to save 5 files. The full version costs $199.

Go check the ZDNET website. They have a free HD saver that will let you salvage your data. It's nothing fancy, but it will retrieve your data. If you don't know how to get to ZDNET (www.zdnet.com) and search thier archives, then go to http://www.infoseek.com and search for "data recovery". you should find everything you need (with a little looking time).
