Hey guys,
A littl help needed. I have just purchased a USB data cable off ebay to discover the tosser that sold it to me didn't send me any drivers. I have read up on it a little and found out you need to make the computer think that the USB is a serial conection. That is where my problem is. I have Oxygen phone manager and the works, but in my device manager, windows doesn't recognise it. Is there a universal driver that i can use or not? I have run a patch called USB data cable driver, but that didn't work. Can someone please give me a hand here. IT would be apreciated.
Cheers guys.
Justin.

The only help I can give is `Do not use Ebay'. Remember if something seems to good to be true ...

Can't you use the make & model of the USB data cable to search the manufacturer'rs webpage for any downloadable drivers?

Hey
If the cable is good you don't need any drivers other than the USB update for 98. Go to microsoft.com and get the patch.
One USB connection in theroy can run 127 devices. How could thier be a driver for that.

if a driver is required, I would expect Oxygen to provide it.

I found some USB ports on the motherboards don't work but I have found The USB cards do.

The cards are not that much.

Good Luck
