I have a IBM PC 300GL with a CS8920 Ethernet controller on the motherboard. I need a driver for win95.

Found this one also. Go to http://www.cirrus.com/Drivers/ethernet/ethernet.cfm and look for windows networking SWDiskV310.zip. As it says there Software disk for CS8900/CS8920 for Windows 3.11, 95, 98, NT, and 2000; Novell; MS Lan Manager; Packet Driver; and setup utility. Hope this helps you.
