Create Start-Up Disk from CD-ROM????

Although I have not got W95 installed on my system, can I create a start-up disk for Windows 95 from the CD-ROM without having to install Windows 95 on a PC? Is there any files that can be copied simply from exploring the CD-ROM.
First your computer has to be able to boot from a CD then you have to be able to fit everything on a CD-ROM - check the size of your Windows folder for a start - mine is 866MB for example. See the problem on a 650mb CD?
This is what I do. Windows, all my settings and essential files are on a separate 2GB partition of my hard drive. I have removable hard drive 'caddy' which usually holds my second hard drive. However at regular intervals I take a spare 2GB hard drive, put it in the removable enclosure and copy my entire C: drive to it. I do this using one of the FREE drive copy programs which are available at the hard drive manufacturers web sites. This gives me a bootable exact duplicate of my C: drive which I then store in a safe place. Should my C: drive die, get struck by a virus etc. Then I simply have to put the backup drive in the caddy and change the BIOS at startup so that the computer boots from it and not the damaged original. You can then use the drive copy program to restore the corrupted drive.
If you still want to go the boot CD-Rom way have a look here: http://www.nu2.nu/bootcd/
