In a strange way, my autoexec disappeard.
I don't know the reason, but I know i can't restore it. (i've asked it before)
There are some things i'd like to change in my autoexec.bat, like setting the path-variable (for Javac). I was told to make a new autoexec.bat, can someone help me with creating one?

Or should I just create a new bat file with:
set path=c:\java***\bin
(it's my path for javac)
it's only for that.

Check the root directory of your C:\ drive to see of there are any files named AUTOEXEX.xxx (001 or DOS or something like that). Sometimes when software gets installed and fiddles with AUTOEXEC.BAT it makes a copy. You can use Open With and select Notepad (just don't permanently associate the file type with Notepad - leave the box unchecked that says Always ...). This might give you some clues on what once was.

Always use notepad to make any changes to autoexec.bat or config.sys.
