While using software computrease, keep getting a crash log. says

program: vvscreen.exe
os
program version
program license
exeption code:
(exeption_access_violation)

then at bottom bunch of dll's

this is happening a lot when uing the program. can anybody tell me how to stop this.

No idea what this program is (possibly others have same problem). Very little about file vvscreen.exe either.

Is that the "exact" name of the program and file? Maybe you have a link to the program download website which could give us a clue.

In the meantime all I can suggest is uninstall the program (from provided Uninstall or Control Panel/Add-Remove), reboot, then install it again.

Ah, took a guess. Maybe you meant "computerease" (accounting software).

It didn't help me much but it may mean something to others.

Was the file name right?

Have you checked to see if the "bunch of .dll's" are in the folder which contains this program? Any names?
