CR-508-B CD-ROM Jumper Settings?

Hi Everyone, Yes, this is a repost as I've been able to find our everything I ever wanted to know about this CD-Rom Except for the &%$$& jumper settings. The following are the current settings...that don't make a lot of sense:
this is a scsi cd-rom so you would need a SCSI Interface to use it. probably cheaper to buy an ide cd-rom. http://www.zdnet.com/products/stories/reviews/0,4161,355992,00.html
