Hi,

Anyone know how to re-install, win98's regional settings? They seem to be corrupted.. i only have 2 choices that are repeating themselves + gibberish.

Please dont tell me to re-install win98 all over again :)

Run the system file checker...First put your 98 cd in and then close it....Then Go>>START>>>RUN>>>type in ... sfc ...click on OK and follow the prompts .....if this doesent work post back.

Yeah, and Francois, make a note of any files that SFC finds have corrupted, because sometimes, it extracts files from the wrong CAB, in which case, you'll get a WPE and need to boot to DOS and then extract the files manually, which can be a SERIOUS pain :-(
