Did you have ICQ and Yahell messenger previously installed? If so and you had removed it try typing in Find> files or folders icq and yahoo and see if it brings up any files other than your ICQ and Yahell full.exe files.

Did you get an update for them and thats what the problem is? If so which one is it?

If both are full installs and you find files other than the full installs delete the others and try again.Remember to delete them out of your recycle bin also.

Did you close all of your running applications that were running such as antivirus? Antivirus can kill an install very easily. Also both programs have been updating alot late lately so it is possible you are getting a bad download.

Check Downloaded Program Files and see if either is in there such as Yahell voice.

If it's there get rid of it.

If you haven't deleted the full versions try it again with all other programs close this include you net connection.
