corrupt installation file

I have tried to install several programs like getright and icq and in middle of the installation process, it gives an I/O Error when you click the abort button it gives the corrupt installation file message and then exit from the installation process if someone know something or have experience this problem and know how to corrected please send me an email, thank you.

Reboot THEN empty the folder, wins may think they are sill in use
I don’t empty my IE.Temp folder cus all my favorite sites are there Which means I can sill browse them offline which is handy cus I have to pay for my time online at local rate
