I am trying to fix a Dell laptop that keeps giving me a message saying that the crypt32.dll file will not start. I am using Netscape because it gives me that message everytime I try to use Internet Explorer. I tried to download and unzip with Netscape but the zip program won't let me unzip. I haven't tried to get them from another computer, extract, and then load them in yet. I also can't use one of the virus programs. Does anyone have any quick answers?
