I have the same problem with the Kernel32.DLL. What do I need to do to get rid of this problem.

I had the same problem with CD PhotoDraw7 I forgot who or where I checked with they or it said to check the refresh rate for my monitor. I changed the MHz rate and the problems are gone. But I do have a problem. A friend loaded CD7 on my machine, but it won't .exe (load)because it keeps asking for CDRCMF50.dll. Does anybody have a spare CDCMF50.dll can send me. Thanks
