copy files to multiple folders

i want to copy a file/folders to multiple directories all at once. my structure is
\clients\a\
\clients\b\ etc.
i would like to copy folders for year 2004 into each of these without having to cut and paste indvidually into each folder. there are hundreds of clients any ideas?

write a batch file that does this. A simple copy [source] to [distination a]
copy [source] to [distination b]

should do it.
