How do you copy something you download on a floppy disk to a drive "d" disk?

Open "my computer" and open "A drive". Now move the "A drive" window, so you can see the "D drive" in my computer.
Left click the file and while holding down the left button, drag it over to "D drive" and release

Or right-click and highlight, select "copy" or hit CTRL-C position mouse pointer over the "target" folder and select "paste" or CTRL-V

As far as "Coping" goes, I'm sure your company has an employee assistance program. :)
