I gues you can save them on a floppy and put them in the cookie directory of the new computer where the cookies will be stored.

I went to File\Import and Export and sent them to one of my emails (Hotmail or Yahoo) and stored them in a folder. When you export just store them somewhere on your pc and send them as an attachement. I deleted all my cookies and then registered on all my sites then that is what I exported. That way I can delete all my cookies and then bring those back from where they are stored on my pc and this keeps cookies from piling up to humongus levels.
