Someone in my company needs to convert a PDF file into a Word doc. (I have no idea why...) Does anyone know of a tool that does this? There are plenty of tools that convert Word docs into PDF files, I'm trying to go the opposite way.

Did a quick search and came up with this:
"PDF to Word. PDF is not really designed as an editable format, so no solution is going to work very well. You can paste into Word from Acrobat Reader. In Acrobat Exchange you can copy the entire text of a file to the clipboard. In addition there are plug-ins such as Gemini (www.iceni.com) or Redwing (www.bcl-computers.com)"
Hope that helps!

Try this link. They have some really great convertors and they offer free demos so you can see if they work. The one I tried (Freebird) is excellent. They also have one that converts pdf to rtf and that might do the job.
Summary: What you can do is go to Adobe's website (The developer of the PDF standard) & recieve 5 free PDF conversions (Word Docs are accepted, but make sure you have Fonts Embedded). http://createpdf.adobe.co...
