Computer given to me. Content advisor password unknown and from the posts 3-6 yrs ago following suggestions within the Registry I don't find the "Key" values in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion. What options are ther at this point? Any programs out there to help detect passwords?

Reformat and reinstall. This way you are not given several years worth of problems. I never keep an existing build on any computer that has unknown usage.
You are asking for hacking tips. I don't think you will find too many people here willing to help with that.

I fully agree with Rimfire on both statements. I too never keep anyones old build. You don't (always) know what junk lies within until it causes problems. Stomp on it and go with a fresh install.
All of the help forums which I contribute to state in the rules that members not provide hacks for breaking these types of things.
