Someone set the content advisor password on my computer and now i can't use internet explorer. can anyone help?

Go to start, run and type regedit then press ok. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Policies\Ratings – delete to disable it
