Hi, I have an internal scsi hard drive I got out of a Mac and I want to install it in my PC. However, my PC does not have a scsi connector - all it has is IDE and PCI connectors. What do I need to get to connect the scsi drive to my PC and how much will it cost me? Thank you =)

You need a SCSI controller card. Make sure it is the same flavor as the drive (ie 68 pin Wide SCSI-2) and comes with a cable that has a terminator. Should cost around $40.

Quick question on the scsi controller card I need... How does it get connected? I presume one side goes connected to the scsi hdd, but how about the other side of the connector? Does it get connected straight into the motherboard, or an IDE cable, PCI, or where? Thank you!

Be aware that the terminators are very important and MUST be used properly. Check to see if the drive has a built in terminator or not.

There are no scsi connectors on the motherboard. Like TechTony says, you need to purchase a card.
