OS: W98SE
CPU/Ram: 400/128
Model/Manufacturer: dell
Comment:

During the install of W98SE, it got to the part where windows tried to initialize its driver database when the ole "configmg" error message popped up. Since I don't have a full devices list in device manager I don't have the advanced power whatever to uncheck. So what's the fix? Thanx
