Computer Restarts during 3D Game Play

I am running win98se with 128MB of ram with a PIII 600Mhzeb. Whenever i play a game like Rogue Spear or Force Command usually about 20min into the game my computer decides to restart by itself. Is this a memory problem and if so how do i fix it?

I had a similar problem but it was from overclocking. .05 voltage increase fixed it. U play RS at the zone? Maybe ill shoot U sometime:)
