This problem suddenly happened to me. I have no idea what i could have done to have created this problem. Anyways heres my problem. Everytime i boot my computer a few seconds after after the Windows 98 screen my computer reboots. It then goes into the startup menu w/ normal, safe mode, ETC. It saids Windows did not finish loading last time i booted. So i enter normal and it boots fine. Please help, everytime i boot i have to go through the process i mentioned above. Restarting from windows after it is running is no problem at all and goes normal. I'd really appreciate the help. This is a repost from a few days ago. You can find the original post witht his number in message find 135452. I did repost because my message was already on like the third page and was not getting any replies. I have yet to fix this problem, please any help would be appreciated.

go into windows go to run line type in sfc run the file checker . see if there are any corrupt files. if not, reboot and if you get the safemode option, boot into safemode. go to device manager. open each line, remove and dual entries, and drivers for old stuff that don't need to be in there. make sure you know your drivers you need for installed items and do not remove them
