My computer is making a humming noise wich is related to 100% processor usage. Sometimes freezes when I'm browsing the net. Can anyone help me to reduce processor usage. It might be something else wrong. Thanks!

I could be your CPU heat sink fan. Sometimes they will change speed depending on CPU temperature. What kind of heat sink fan do you have? Thermaltake Volcano 7’s specifically will do this but other manufacturers will as well.
Get Motherboard Monitor and it will give you readings of CPU fan speed and temp.
