Hi, I accidently put a 64 MB PC-100 RAM on a motherboard that doesn't support PC-100. As soon as i realized that i put the wrong RAM, I took it out. Then when I restart the computer, it hangs at "Verifying DMI Pool Data". I keep on restarting, and it just keeps on hanging. I tried to use a win98 startup disk to boot the system, but still doesn't work(the boot sequence is set to A,C,SCSI already). How can I fix it??

The problem is that some settings in your CMOS may have altered. You need to enter your system BIOS by pressing DEL or F2 depending on whether its an Award or AMI BIOS. Then I would suggest using the option LOAD SYSTEM DEFAULTS, save and exit and restart.
If the motherboard has not already been damaged, then you may be able to start your system. If you took a print of your system BIOS, before this happened then you can happily restore the CMOS, if not and you have the motherboard manual, then the BIOS and CMOS settings may be described in detail there. Good luck.
