hi
My computer using win 98 hangs 2 minutes after start up.ctrl+Alt+Del does not work.
Reset fails to resyart the system properly.I have to power off and then power on after 5 minutes wait.Is any part of the computer getting overheated easily? If so what could it be?Does it need to be replaced?or Is it becoz of the OS problem?what could be the problem. Please help?

If it lets you have the time, go to start/run/enter drwatson and doubleclick the icon that appears next to the time. If Doc says everything is okay, your CPU fan may be running slow and allowing the CPU to overheat. Replace the CPU fan.
